A family corporation established in 1985 by Raul J. Segura is dedicated to providing our clients with professional security services. Our goal is to provide each client with a professional security officer and management team knowledgeable of the threats relevant to their current operations and capable of protecting all assets, personnel and facilities. Segura Security Services draws its expertise from the diverse professional backgrounds of its highly qualified and creative team.

Raul J. Segura, CEO and CFO of Segura Security Services has been in the Private Security Industry for over 20 years. He has 25 years of experience in Security Management, Marketing & Human Resources. He has been on the Board of Directors with the Santa Maria Chamber of Commerce and has been a board member for the Boys and Girls Club and Vocational Training Center. He is also certified through the Department of Defense as an Industrial Security Specialist.

Our office manager brings over 15 years of direct bookkeeping and Human Resource experience from small business management.

Our CPA, CFP has assisted management in developing in-house analytical capabilities. Raul Segura, Jr. has then utilized those capabilities in preparing analyses of individual jobs, old and new, in order to add to the profitability of each job that is taken on and in order to create profitability for the Company as a whole. All of the information contained in the various schedules supplied with this package has been developed by the Company and its management utilizing the financial statements prepared by the Company's bookkeeper, Century Business Services, and analyses of jobs by Management. Our CPA, CFP is an independent consultant who assists Management in the creation and development of management tools executed in-house.

We have an associate to assist in maintaining all employee labor laws in accordance with the State of California. The associate has a  Masters of Labor Relations & Human Resources, Michigan State University; Department Academic Scholarship recipient and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at Pennsylvania State University.

Our Human Resource Specialist and Recruiter has over 20 years experience in employee training and Organizational Development Administration and  will assist with recruiting, training and officer placement.
