CEO and CFO Raul J. Segura has owned and operated Segura Security Services, a California corporation, since July 1985. Headquartered in Santa Maria, Raul Segura provides skilled security and management services for corporate and government clients. Through, consistency attentiveness, and responsibility, Segura Security has gained a reputation of professionalism for providing superior services to local companies and government agencies. Segura clients benefit from an all-inclusive range of services from on-site uniformed security to undercover surveillance.
Raul J. Segura believes that trust is one of the most important factors in the retention of clients. He has lived here all his life and is familiar with the culture of the area and the surrounding communities. He was raised in Santa Maria and attended St. Joseph High School, Hancock College, and Cal Poly University. He has been on the Board of Directors with the Santa Maria Chamber of Commerce and has been a Board member for the Boys and Girls Club and Vocational Training Center. He is also certified through the Department of Defense as an Industrial Security Specialist. Raul Segura’s utmost goal has been to gain the confidence of clients by developing and providing an on-going professional and trusting relationship. And, in doing so, he has gained a reputation for providing personalized, high-quality service. Being a local vendor is paramount to his ability to quickly respond to emergencies and make day-to-day decisions to best serve his clients.

The company began marketing security alarm systems on the central coast in 1985 and diversified into private security in 1986 to meet the demand for a professional security guard firm. Segura Enterprises Inc. is the corporate name and is owned by Raul J. Segura as 100% shareholder in the corporation.
